Min Qualification: Bachelors Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Uganda Job descriptions & requirements Job Description Key Responsibilities: Contact clients through phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp to remind them of due or overdue payments. Negotiate repayment arrangements and offer tailored solutions (e.g., refinancing, date changes) Record all interactions and outcomes accurately in the system Escalate unresolved cases to the field or legal team as needed Meet individual monthly recovery targets and support team objectives Collections Operations: Monitor the assigned portfolio and prioritize accounts based on delinquency stage. Work closely with field agents, soft/hard collection teams, and supervisors. Assist in identifying high-risk accounts for early intervention Maintain clear documentation for audit and compliance purposes Customer Relations & Communication: Engage with clients respectfully and professionally at all times Understand client challenges and suggest realistic payment options Educate clients on the importance of timely payments and the consequences of default Build a positive rapport to encourage long-term financial discipline Requirements: Experience in debt recovery, customer service, or telesales is an advantage.
