ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Works hand in hand with the sales and marketing team to develop and deliver outstanding client presentations that support each stage of the conversation throughout the sales cycle. ● Identify and onboard new customers (retailers, salons, distributors, beauty shops). ● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups. ● Ensure timely collection of payments and proper account management. ● Conduct field visits to monitor market activity and product performance. ● Execute route plans and maintain an updated customer database. ● Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with distributors. ● Collect and report market intelligence on competitors and emerging trends. ● Submit daily/weekly sales and field activity reports to the Sales Director. ● Travel within the assigned territory to grow market coverage and visibility.
