Summary
Maintain accurate customer accounts and accounts receivable records. Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and billing documents. Monitor outstanding balances and Follow up on overdue payments. Prepare and maintain accounts receivable ageing reports. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing/payment discrepancies. Allocate customer payments and receipts accurately. Handle customer billing queries and account-related issues. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to resolve account issues. Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms.
