• Build a predictable pipeline of qualified landlords and convert them into long-term Astute Property Management clients.

• What Success Looks Like
• Within your first 12 months, you will be expected to:
• Build a qualified landlord pipeline
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified landlord prospects across digital, telephone, referral and offline channels, with every opportunity properly recorded and actively followed up.
• Generate qualified opportunities
• Consistently identify landlords who have a genuine need for professional property management and convert initial contacts into qualified sales opportunities.
• Convert opportunities into clients
• Work with management to move qualified prospects through presentations, proposals, negotiations and ultimately signed property-management agreements.
• Build a repeatable business-development system
• Establish and continuously improve a practical process for prospecting, follow-up, referral generation, pipeline management and conversion that Astute can scale.
• Create measurable commercial growth
• Contribute directly to growth in the number of properties and units under Astute's management, with agreed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain disciplined follow-through
• Ensure every active prospect has a clear next action, follow-up date and current status, with no valuable opportunity disappearing because of poor follow-up.

• Maintains accurate prospect and pipeline records and follows a disciplined sales process.

• Quickly learns Astute's services, the property-management market and the problems landlords face.

• Represents Astute honestly and professionally and builds relationships based on trust.

• Does what they say they will do and keeps commitments to prospects, clients and colleagues.
