Role Description
The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jinja. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including building relationships with schools, parents, corporate partners, and community organizations to expand Learning Hub’s tutoring services. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets, generating leads, conducting outreach and presentations, and following up to convert prospects into long-term clients.
