Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering competitive compensation and

programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees across the organization. This role ensures that all reward practices are compliant with Ugandan labour laws and statutory requirements, while aligning with the Min Qualification: Bachelors

Administration Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of all employee benefit programs including medical insurance, group life, GPA, pension/provident fund, and wellness programs. Evaluate

policies to ensure they remain competitive, cost-effective, and legally compliant. Manage relationships with external benefit providers, brokers, and consultants. Communicate

offerings to employees and ensure all new joiner information is up to date. 3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance Oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and submit monthly statutory payments to Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) – PAYE, withholding tax – and National Social Security Fund (NSSF) by the 4th of each month. Ensure compliance with all Ugandan labour laws and regulations regarding compensation, benefits, and working conditions. Serve as the focal point for payroll audits and internal/external compliance reviews. Maintain payroll records in line with data protection and records management policies. 4. Market Intelligence & Analytics Conduct annual and ad-hoc compensation benchmarking surveys to determine competitive wage rates. Analyze internal equity and external competitiveness, preparing reports for leadership. Produce regular reward analytics including gender pay gap analysis, cost trends, and workforce insights. Monitor market trends and legislative changes, recommending adjustments to compensation and

programs as needed. 5. Policy Development & Governance Develop, document, and maintain C&B policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines. Ensure all reward practices are aligned with the organization's total rewards philosophy and business objectives. Partner with Finance to ensure adequate funding for all compensation and benefit payments. Manage the annual payroll audit process and implement process improvements. Qualifications &
