Purpose of Job:
The Card Portfolio Specialist is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and optimization of the card business across two subsidiaries. The role focuses on enhancing customer value proposition (CVP), accelerating digital adoption, and ensuring sustainable portfolio performance through data-driven strategies and cross-functional execution.

Drive product innovation in collaboration with internal teams and Mastercard.

Program manage product launches in ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and business outcomes.
Resolve technical product issues in partnership with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
3. Digital Adoption
Identify opportunities to increase digital adoption across portfolios
Execute initiatives to improve usage of digital channels and solutions
4. Portfolio Profitability
Own portfolio financial performance including revenue, cost and profitability tracking.
Provide regular performance reporting with actionable insights
Escalate risks, blockers and performance gaps in a timely manner.
