Requirements
Au sein de l’équipe Industrial Operations & In-Services rattaché à l’agence de Montigny le Bretonneux vous occuperez le rôle de Chargé d'Affaires à Moyen Industriel H/F.
Dans le cadre de grands projets industriels, vous assurez le pilotage et l’animation de l'industrialisation dès la phase conception jusqu'à la mise en service.
Participer aux études des innovations (Qualité perçue, …)
Négocier avec les métiers Produits les techniques les plus performantes pour le Process (Validation des Modules)
Négocier les standards produits et les contractualiser (Process Requirement)
Exploiter toutes les sources de capitalisation (Remontée problèmes vie série ou projet, analyse concurrence, …)
Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et outils de la préparation montage.
Pilotage et suivi fournisseurs
De formation Bac +5 ou cadre technique, vous disposez d'une réelle expérience (5 ans minimum) en management de projet d'industrialisation. Vous êtes dôté(e) d'un bon relationnel, d'une forte capacité d'adaptation et avez le goût du terrain. Vous êtes capable d'intervenir dans un environnement international où vous pourrez collaborer en anglais.
