Summary
- The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, ensuring efficient delivery services, building and managing our delivery rider network, and driving sales and marketing activities.
- The COO will work closely with all departments and report directly to the CEO to execute Boda Guy’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities
- Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Boda Guy.
- Develop and improve operational systems and processes.
- Monitor delivery performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Track operational KPIs and provide regular reports to the CEO.
- Rider Management
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of delivery riders.
- Maintain a reliable and active rider network.
- Monitor rider performance, productivity, and retention.
- Address rider concerns and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Sales & Business Development
- Lead the Sales and Business Development function.
- Develop strategies to acquire and retain B2B and B2C customers.
- Build relationships with businesses and strategic partners.
- Set and monitor sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Marketing
- Lead the company’s marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer growth.
- Work with the marketing team to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and manage the Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Work closely with Technology, Finance, Product, Legal, and other departments.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Support the CEO in executing company strategy and growth initiatives.
- Qualifications, Skills and
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of
- in Operations, Logistics, Mobility, E-commerce, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team-management experience.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- in sales and business development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- in logistics, last-mile delivery, mobility, technology startups, or fleet/rider management is an added advantage.
