Act as the lead interpreter for management during high-level meetings, site visits, and negotiations with suppliers or government officials. Localize company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure clarity for local staff. 2. Operations Management Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor local teams (e.g., Baristas, Logistics Staff). Handle recruitment, scheduling, and performance reviews. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store/project operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, service levels, and hygiene regulations. Financial & Inventory Control: Assist in budget planning, cost control, and inventory management. Ensure the branch operates within budget. Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate smooth communication between Chinese expatriate managers and local employees to foster a positive working culture. Qualifications &
