- Prepare and serve drinks, including mocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, according to established recipes and standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lounge, seating areas, and cigar displays.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper handling of cigars and adherence to smoking regulations.
