Summary
- The successful candidate will represent the company on site, ensuring construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable building regulations.
- Key Duties and
Responsibilities
Key
Inspect construction quality and workmanship; verify works against architectural, structural and MEP drawings; identify and report defects; witness material tests; maintain daily site records and photographic progress reports; support valuation of completed works; and monitor environmental, health and safety compliance.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience
- Minimum
- as a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector or Site Supervisor on medium to large projects;
- Strong knowledge of building codes, structural standards and safety legislation; and competence in CAD/BIM systems.
- Required Skills: Excellent attention to detail, integrity, strong technical reporting ability, firm but professional contractor management, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel or site reporting tools.
