Role Summary The Cost and Management Accountant will play a key strategic role in providing accurate financial intelligence, cost control, and decision support across the company’s operations. This includes land acquisition, property development, construction, rental and leasing activities. Internal Stakeholders General Manager Finance Manager Property Management Team Finance & Accounting External Stakeholders Tenants Vendors and Contractors Real Estate Agents and Brokers Insurance Providers Local Authorities & Government Agencies Key Functional Result Areas Project and property costing Track, allocate and monitor all costs related to land purchases, sales, developments and construction projects.
