Develop and execute the country's growth strategy. ● Lead OTC trading, treasury, liquidity, and payment operations. ● Build and manage relationships with banks, regulators, merchants, fintech partners, and key stakeholders. ● Drive business development, merchant acquisition, and strategic partnerships. ● Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, and local regulatory requirements. ● Oversee financial performance, budgeting, profitability, and operational efficiency. ● Deliver exceptional customer and merchant experience. ● Lead and develop a high-performing local team. ● Support the rollout and growth of innovative digital payment products and services.
