Summary
The Digital Impact Manager will provide enterprise-wide leadership for UNICEF Uganda’s digital impact agenda, shaping strategy, governance and investment across programme and operations.
Working with senior leadership, government, development partners, the private sector and UNICEF teams, the role will build strategic alliances, influence digital ecosystems and drive scalable, responsible solutions that strengthen national systems, improve organizational performance and accelerate sustainable results for children and young people.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities
- The Digital Impact Manager will:
- Foster innovation and digital transformation (DX), and oversee piloting, evidence generation and scaling of priority Digital Transformation / Digital Impact and Innovation initiatives.
- Enhance ICT, Digital Transformation / Digital Impact and Innovation governance, collaboration, build internal and external relationships and capacity.
- Excellence in ICT services and systems to create an enabling environment for the release and management of organizational ICT services to UCO staff.
