The role focuses on revenue growth, customer inclusion, and technological innovation to advance Britam’s digital transformation and financial inclusion strategy.

Responsibilities
- Digital Distribution Strategy and Execution.
- Develop and execute digital channel strategy to expand reach and revenue.
- Identify and evaluate emerging digital platforms and technologies that can enhance product accessibility.
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Operations teams to roll out seamless digital sales, onboarding, and service processes.
- Monitor performance of digital channels and drive continuous optimization through analytics and customer feedback.
- Microinsurance Development and Market Expansion.
- Design and implement microinsurance products tailored to low-income and informal sectors in line with Britam’s financial inclusion agenda.
- Conduct market research and customer needs assessments to inform product development.
- Lead partnerships with MFIs, SACCOs, telcos, cooperatives, and community-based organizations to distribute microinsurance solutions.
- Track product performance, profitability, and customer uptake, and recommend enhancements.
- Strategic Partnerships and Alliances.
- Identify and formalize high-value partnerships (fintechs, telcos, aggregators, digital platforms) to expand distribution and enhance value propositions.
- Develop partnership frameworks, MOUs, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
