Role Description
The Direct Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampala. The individual in this position will actively identify and approach prospective customers, explain Platinum Credit’s loan products, and guide clients through application and documentation processes. Daily activities include meeting sales targets, conducting field visits, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role involves providing customer service support, handling inquiries, and offering product training and demonstrations to potential clients.
