Job Purpose
- To accurately and efficiently pick and issue tiles and sanitary ware from the warehouse in accordance with approved requests and documentation while maintaining accurate stock records and minimizing product damage.

- Stock Issuing
- Receive and verify approved stock requests, picking lists, delivery orders and other issuing documents.
- Pick and issue the correct product codes, descriptions, quantities and specifications.
- Ensure tiles and sanitary ware are checked before issuing.
- Ensure all issued products are properly documented.
- Product Handling
- Handle tiles carefully to minimize breakage, chipping and damage.
- Handle sanitary ware carefully to prevent cracks, breakages and other physical damage.
- Ensure products are properly packed, secured and prepared for loading.
- Report damaged or defective products before issuing.
- Stock Accuracy
- Record all issued stock accurately and promptly.
- Verify that issued quantities correspond with approved documents.
- Report stock shortages, discrepancies and incorrect requests.
- Support stock counts and inventory reconciliation exercises.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with Warehouse Documentation, Receiving, Transport and relevant departments.
- Ensure all required documents are completed before products leave the warehouse.
- Support timely preparation of customer and internal orders.
- Safety and Compliance
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and product-handling guidelines.
- Use appropriate PPE where required.
- Maintain good housekeeping within the issuing area.
