Responsibilities
Prepare, verify and maintain warehouse documents, including Goods Received Notes (GRNs), delivery notes, waybills, stock transfer documents, picking lists and issuing documents. Ensure all incoming and outgoing tiles and sanitary ware are supported by the correct documentation. Verify product codes, descriptions, quantities, batch details and other relevant information on warehouse documents. Ensure all documents are properly completed, approved and filed. Stock Movement Records Record and maintain accurate records of all stock receipts, transfers, issues and dispatches. Reconcile physical stock movement documentation with system records. Track inter-warehouse and internal stock transfers. Identify and report missing documents, documentation errors and stock movement discrepancies. Reporting and Data Management Update warehouse and inventory systems accurately and on time. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse documentation reports. Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems. Support stock counts, audits and inventory reconciliation exercises. Compliance and Controls Ensure compliance with approved warehouse and documentation procedures. Maintain proper document traceability for all stock transactions.
