Required Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) years of documented
with electrical distribution systems equivalent to the electrical system on Diego Garcia.
Minimum of five (5) years of documented Quality Management and Administration experience, including accident and incident investigation.
All documented
must be submitted to the Contracting Officer (KO) for review and approval prior to the start of contract performance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent that they can perform the contract
in managing electrical systems in an austere OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) environment with a multi-national workforce is preferred.
Valid country driver’s license.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills in managing large-scale utility systems.
Familiarity with NAVFAC standards and practices.
