Role Description
The Event Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampala. This role involves planning and executing live events, including coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and liaising with vendors, partners, and performers. The Event Coordinator will handle attendee communications, support on-site event operations, and ensure a smooth guest experience. Daily tasks include preparing event documentation, tracking budgets, overseeing set-up and breakdown, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to promote events.
