Requirements
- · Follow up on delinquent and
- defaulted loan accounts through field visits and other recovery channels.
- · Trace borrowers, guarantors, and
- referees who are difficult to reach.
- · Negotiate and monitor repayment
- commitments.
- · Investigate suspected fraud,
- loan irregularities and misrepresentation.
- · Conduct post-disbursement field
- checks to identify potential fraud and credit risks.
- · Support lawful repossession and
- recovery of secured assets.
- · Coordinate with Police, LC1, and
- other relevant authorities on fraud and recovery cases.
- · Support the company and its
- legal representatives with documentation and follow-up of court/legal recovery
- matters.
- · Maintain accurate records and
- submit regular recovery and investigation reports.
- · Work closely with Credit Agents, CROs, and
- Branch Managers to reduce portfolio losses.
