Description
The successful candidate will provide finance and administrative support, including managing expense entries, budgets and income in QuickBooks; handling mobile money transactions and staff advances; and acting as the organisation’s bank agent. The role will also support financial reporting, payroll-related activities, procurement and insurance matters. The post holder will oversee vehicle maintenance, office IT requirements, premises and security, including supervision of security guards. They will also support compliance and governance by submitting statutory returns, assisting with Board activities and contributing to budgeting alongside the Finance and Administration Manager.
