- - Own the chart of
- accounts, accounting policies, and drive continuous improvement across the
- accounting team - Ensure intercompany transactions are complete and accurately

- - Manage the month-end
- stock count schedule across grain, agro-inputs, fuel, and other inventory -
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with the grain-handling and stores
- teams - Maintain the fixed assets register and movement schedule, including
- quarterly and year-end reconciliations to trial balance
- Audit & Compliance
- - Coordinate year-end
- financial statement audits and act as the primary liaison with external
- auditors - Design and implement internal controls that safeguard company assets
- - Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and Ugandan regulatory
