Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for Financial Advisors based in Kampala, with a combination of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility. Financial Advisors will engage clients to understand their financial goals, assess current financial situations, and develop tailored financial plans. Day-to-day tasks include advising on savings, investments, retirement planning, and risk management solutions, and explaining ICEA LION’s insurance and financial products clearly and accurately. The role involves regular client follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, monitoring portfolio performance, and adjusting advice as needed.
