Key Responsibilities. 1. Operations Management. ∙ Supervise daily restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet operations. ∙ Ensure all outlets are clean, organized, and ready before opening. ∙ Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food. 2. Staff Supervision. ∙ Supervise waiters, bartenders, cashiers, and stewards during shifts. ∙ Conduct daily staff briefings before service. ∙ Train new employees on hotel service standards and SOPs. 3. Customer Service ∙ Welcome and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction. ∙ Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. ∙ Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements. 4. Inventory & Stock Control ∙ Monitor food and beverage stock levels. ∙ Ensure proper storage and handling of all food and beverage items. ∙ Verify daily stock requisitions and issue requests. ∙ Report shortages, damages, or expired products. ∙ Participate in stock-taking and inventory reconciliation. 5. Hygiene, Health & Safety ∙ Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. ∙ Monitor cleanliness of dining areas, bars, kitchens, and equipment. ∙ Enforce occupational health and safety procedures. 6.
