· Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and performance review. · Act as a finance business partner to support commercial, operational, and strategic decisions. · Drive FP&A and operations finance across end-to-end value streams, linking strategy with frontline execution. · Design KPI-based performance management, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve business visibility and data-driven decision-making. · Provide actionable insights for different management levels, identifying risks, opportunities, cost savings, and improvement actions. · Support finance process standardization, internal controls, and digital transformation projects, including Power BI.
