Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end employee journey. Keep managers informed and provide practical
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard to fill roles, ensuring we are always
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners where it makes sense and ensure
- Represent Unifi at career fairs, networking events and other opportunities to attract great
- Deliver onboarding that helps new employees settle in quickly, understand the business, and
- Partner closely with managers to ensure every new employee is supported, equipped and set
- Build strong relationships with managers, understand their teams and challenges
- Be a trusted partner to managers by providing practical guidance on people and processes
- Drive the performance management process, ensuring expectations are clear, meaningful
- Work with the HR team and wider business to deliver people initiatives that improve
- Make sure employee records, HR systems and people administration are accurate, reliable
- Ensure HR systems are optimally and correctly used across the business
- Follow HR process consistently and monitor employees use the right tools and systems
- Help create an environment where people can do great work, thrive and contribute to the
- Actively live the Unifi way and help make Unifi a fun place to work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years'
Experience
- in a generalist HR operations role, with exposure across the full
- employee lifecycle.

- practical approach.
- ● Clear, direct and respectful communicator.
