Analyse and assess workforce trends, HR metrics, and organizational needs to inform strategic planning and decision-making. Identify and construct HR policies, systems, and processes that align with global standards and local regulations. Collaborate and advise leadership and line managers to ensure staff are engaged, performing, and supported throughout the employee lifecycle. Train and explain HR policies, procedures, and development programs to build capacity and promote compliance. Critical Qualities Mature Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed. Excellent knowledge of local employment and related laws and their interpretation. Confident in resolving conflict and labour issues to maintain good working relationships and minimizing risk to the organization addressing any revisions to policy and practice and development needs for line managers. Change management and understanding of the risks and impacts on key stakeholder groups. Meticulous attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and ensure data is 100% accurate. Ability to communicate effectively both in written and spoken communication.
