Responsibilities
Responsible for starting up and stopping equipment. Assists with production lines in the factory. Keeps machines clean. Responsible for daily and weekly care of machine with maintenance team. Responsible for loading and unloading PET, HDPE and Master batch. Checks to ensure that all caps and preforms are as per standards Checks to ensure that all products are packed as per standards Feeds or places items onto equipment for processing. Lubricates machines and keeps record of it. Ensures conformance to specifications. Marks parts for identification. Scraps waste material from machine. Reads and interprets gauges. Takes instructions from supervisors. Reports any abnormalities in machines. Performs any other task as per management request. Qualifications, Skills and
Experience
A minimum of a diploma ’s degree in mechanical & electrical engineering from a reputable university. A minimum of 1-year
in a similar role in a busy environment. Husky Machine
is Mandatory. Familiar with Carbonated Soft Drinks and/or water treatment plant.
