We are looking for a dedicated practical professional, hands-on Project Lead who will take ownership of projects from planning to completion. You are not just a paperwork person—you are on-site, on-the-phone, and on-the-ground pushing every stage forward. You will be the lead taking charge of the master planning in relation to functionality – future proof concept design, design approvals, legal approvals, implementation, coordination of the site teams, suppliers and the external partners (GIS, Architect and external contractors) to ensure we successfully move ahead with the planned projects, from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling.
- Develop and maintain project timelines (using open-source project software, Excel, Gantt charts). Break down projects into clear phases and milestones.
- Approvals & Regulatory Compliance.
- Obtain internal company approvals, follow up and complete all approvals and liaise with local authorities and ensure all statutory
