pathways while contributing to organisational growth targets.
As part of a global
consultancy with offices across multiple continents, you will help students navigate complex application and visa processes for institutions in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Asia. The role combines advisory, administrative and relationship-building elements in a target-driven environment, and you will receive training on partner institutions and recruitment best practice while developing valuable skills in international
services.
Key
fairs, school visits and community events to promote AIMS
services and partner institutions.
Create targeted outreach strategies using social media and email campaigns to engage prospective students in Central Uganda.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including conversion rates and student enrolment numbers against monthly targets.
Essential
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university, with recent graduates encouraged to apply for this entry-level position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal ability to build rapport quickly with students, parents and educational partners from various backgrounds.
