of IT Manager Would Include: • Design, implement, and manage network and communication systems, i.e., phone system (for call center) and computer network • System evaluation/analysis and operation monitoring • Database administration/server administration • Configuration of unmanageable and manageable switch/ router (Cisco, UniFi, Vigor) • Configuration of IP PBX system (Grandstream, Yeastar, Avaya, etc.) • Voice over internet protocol and session initiation Protocol • Computer hardware and software maintenance • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure • Analyze business
