- Qualifications and Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role
- Comfort working across both Linux and Windows.
- Solid knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with system monitoring, backups, antivirus, and security tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
- The ability to work independently, juggle several support requests, and still meet deadlines.
