  • We are in need of a highly skilled
  • Language Specialist – Annotation
  • to support the development of advanced AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems who you will apply your linguistic expertise to annotate, review, and validate language data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance.
  • Key
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Languages, or related field
  • Native or near-native proficiency in the target language(s)
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and language structure.

Responsibilities

  • Annotate and review text, speech, or conversational datasets
  • label and text data for parts of speech, sentiment, intent, syntax project guidelines.
  • Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness of annotated data
  • Develop and refine annotation guidelines
  • Conduct quality assurance and inter-annotator agreement checks
  • Provide feedback to improve workflows and annotation standards
  • Support multilingual or domain-specific annotation projects (if applicable)

Experience

  • in linguistic annotation or data labeling projects.
