Role Purpose
The
Lead – Central Planning & Control
is responsible for the strategic design and operational oversight of Spiro’s energy network. This role ensures that battery swapping and energy infrastructure is optimally deployed to meet demand while maintaining strict control over asset lifecycle and utilization. The position balances high-level network analytics with the "soft management" of cross-functional teams to drive efficient service delivery.
