Role Description
The Life Insurance Agent role at Prudential Uganda is a full-time position based in Kampala with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office-based activities with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day
Responsibilities
include prospecting and engaging potential clients, assessing their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance products. The agent will conduct policy presentations, explain coverage options, prepare quotations, and assist clients through the application and underwriting process. Ongoing tasks involve managing a portfolio of clients, providing responsive customer service, handling policy inquiries, and supporting claims-related guidance. The role also includes meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records, participating in training and team meetings, and upholding Prudential’s standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to identify client needs, present solutions, and close business effectively.
