Responsibilities
Drive daily outdoor field marketing activities to recruit new individual borrowers, to onboard a high volume of customers, and meet demanding monthly sales targets. Collect authentic Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, collateral records, and bank statements from prospective borrowers. Provide financial literacy
Education
- to borrowers to ensure continuous and sustainable loan utilization.
- At least a Uganda Certificate of
- (a Diploma or degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Commerce or a related qualification is an added advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
in a sales and marketing role is an added advantage. Languages: Fluency in English (Fluency in major local languages spoken within the duty station is an added advantage). Technology: Basic digital literacy to seamlessly upload field data and make loan submissions using smart devices. Character: Uncompromising integrity, high-performance-oriented mindset able to work under tight deadlines, and persuasive communication skills capable of convincing firmly yet professionally.
