- will ensure timely, efficient, and transparent procurement and logistics
- support for the program. This includes managing procurement processes,
- inventory, supplier relationships, and logistics for field activities.

- services in line with organizational and donor procurement policies.

- Quotations (RFQs), bid evaluations, and purchase orders.

- documentation, including vendor databases and procurement trackers.

- department for timely payments to vendors.
