Responsibilities
Support the Director/Manager of Quality Assurance in implementing the university QA framework and improvement initiatives. Monitor compliance with academic policies, NCHE requirements, and internal quality standards. Prepares and submits periodic QA reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) including data analysis on compliance metrics. Serve as first point of contact for QA external and internal enquiries, coordinate communications with Deans, HoDs, Academic Registrar, Examinations Office, and other academic units. Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with institutional data protection and records retention policies. Collect, organize, and analyse QA data from faculties, departments, and administrative units. Monitor implementation of quality improvement recommendations and follow up with faculties and departments on agreed corrective actions. Maintain QA Office’s filing system (electronic and hard copy) records, QA manuals, reports, templates, policies, SOPs, minutes, and version-controlled documentation.
