Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Kampala, with flexibility for some work from home. A Member of the Board of Directors will contribute to YooKatale’s strategic direction, governance, and oversight of organizational performance. Typical

Experience

- Solid understanding of finance and budgeting, including reviewing financial statements, overseeing resource allocation, and supporting sustainable growth.
- Background in business development, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse communities.
- Knowledge of digital platforms, mobile marketplaces, or hybrid business models that integrate physical and technology-based solutions.
