Requirements
Als Mitarbeiter/in in der Leiterplattenfertigung bei Becker & Müller erwarten Sie vielfältige Aufgabenbereiche. In der
Abteilung Galvanik
werden die Leiterplatten verschiedenen chemischen und elektrolytischen Prozessen unterzogen. Unter anderem findet in der Abteilung der galvanische Kupferaufbau auf unseren PCB-Panels statt, außerdem werden zahlreiche Bandanlagen zur Leiterplattenbearbeitung wie z.B. Bürsten, Direktmetallisieren, Ätzen, Oberflächenbeschichtung (HAL, chem. SN), Multibond eingesetzt. Da es keinen speziellen Ausbildungsberuf für sämtliche Aufgebenbereiche gibt, besteht das Team größtenteils aus
Quereinsteigern

Als Verstärkung unseres Teams zählen folgende Tätigkeiten zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet:
eigenständiges Koordinieren verschiedener Arbeitsgänge
Bestücken und Bedienen der Maschinen und Anlagen
Qualitätskontrolle der Panels durch Sichtprüfung
selbstständiges Rüsten, Führen und Überwachen der Anlagen
