Operations Management Oversee all daily operations of the car wash and detailing centre. Ensure all services meet RamosMAX’s high quality standards. Implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, machinery and facilities. Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment. Customer Service Ensure every customer receives exceptional service. Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where necessary. Inventory & Procurement Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, consumables, equipment and uniforms. Prevent wastage, misuse and stock losses. Coordinate procurement and maintain strong supplier relationships. Ensure timely replenishment of stock. Sales & Business Development Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Monitor sales performance against targets. Quality Assurance Conduct quality inspections. Ensure all detailing and washing services meet company standards. Train staff on quality improvement and best practices. Monitor service turnaround times and customer feedback. Safeguard company assets and maintain accurate operational records. Oversee implementation of company policies and procedures. Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements. Report directly to the Managing Director and provide regular updates on business performance.
