Summary
- Rizona Gardens & Restaurant is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Operations Manager to oversee the general operations of the premises and drive business growth.
- Key Duties and
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will oversee restaurant operations, catering services, venue hire and recreational services, while actively driving sales, marketing, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gardens and restaurant.
- Drive sales, marketing and business development.
- Grow catering and outside catering services.
- Drive venue bookings for weddings, parties, corporate events and other functions.
- Oversee recreational services and customer experience.
- Manage staff and ensure high service standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Develop initiatives to increase bookings, customer traffic and revenue.
- Monitor operational costs, stock and overall performance.

- A dynamic hospitality professional with proven
