In this context, NTU International is seeking a highly qualified
Senior Non-Key Expert – Ports and Shipping Specialist
to support technical, policy, institutional and investment-related assignments in the maritime and inland waterways sectors.
Key
in partner countries.
Supporting stakeholder coordination involving public authorities, port authorities, operators, contractors, supervising engineers, IFIs and development partners.
English proficiency at C1 level
is mandatory.
French at minimum B2 level
will be considered an asset.
Spanish at minimum B2 level
will be considered an asset.

- Contributing to policy, regulatory and institutional reforms in the maritime sector.

Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree or equivalent diploma in
- maritime engineering, maritime sciences, port engineering, transport engineering, logistics

- Excellent knowledge of the maritime and inland waterways sectors, including ports, maritime transport, inland waterways transport and related policies and good practices.
- Good understanding of sustainable transport, infrastructure development, climate resilience and environmental and social considerations.
