Responsibilities
Sourcing and Supply Chain Management: Assist in coordinating the procurement of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and equipment from local and international suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing and quality. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Actively support and serve other departments; work closely with warehousing, sales, and finance to align stock intake with sales forecasts and cash flow. Agile Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels proactively to prevent stockouts or overstocking; handle delivery documentation, verify supplier invoices, and track purchase orders from dispatch to arrival. Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain professional, high-vibrancy communication with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply discrepancies quickly. Operational Flexibility: Demonstrate a hands-on, “all-hands-on-deck” mentality by readily pitching in with administrative tasks, client coordination, or logistics during peak business hours.
