Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved. Plan and organize manpower to maximize productivity and efficiency. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Control raw material usage and minimize production waste. Ensure proper operation and routine maintenance of production equipment. Implement and maintain 5S and workplace safety standards. Train, motivate, and supervise production staff. Prepare daily production reports and communicate production performance to management. Identify production problems and implement effective corrective actions.
