Summary

To ensure the academic success, legal compliance, holistic integration, and sustained progress of these students, a dedicated Programme Coordinator. The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management , coordination, monitoring, and reporting of the Student Support Programme from primary to secondary level. This includes ensuring effective academic interventions in collaboration and coordination with the school management and teachers, stakeholder management, legal compliance and student integration.

Experience

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, social science, management or related field.
  • At least 3 years
  • in programme coordination, preferably in
  • working with refugee and/or other displaced communities.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management, including liaising with parents, school leadership, and external stakeholders.

  • Skills and competences
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to compile metrics and produce high-quality, comprehensive reports
  • Outstanding interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills to effectively engage with parents, school teachers, counselors, and headteachers and other key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyse data and produce high-quality written reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Dari is an added advantage.
