Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Hydraulics, Sanitary Engineering, or a related field.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent formal project management training is a strong asset
