Responsibilities
1. Outcome: Project Planning, Coordination and Delivery Key
Develop and manage detailed project implementation plans, budgets and timelines. Coordinate project activities across BrightLife, FINCA Uganda, in24 and other stakeholders. Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of project outputs. Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures. Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagements. Prepare and submit periodic project reports to management and funding partners. Coordinate the development, rollout, and continuous improvement of financing products and partnerships 2. Outcome: Product Management Key
Coordinate the development, testing, and rollout of product offerings in collaboration with internal teams and project partners. Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and user experience, recommend improvements based on data and feedback. Gather and analyze customer, sales team, and partner insights to inform product enhancements and innovation. Work with partners to refine product features, pricing, financing structures, and customer journey processes. Track key product metrics and prepare recommendations for product optimization and future scaling opportunities. Support the design and development of new products and services arising from project learnings and market opportunities. 3. Outcome Sales Deployment and Commercial & Customer Performance Key
Recruit, onboard and supervise project sales personnel. Coordinate training of BrightLife agents and partner sales teams. Monitor sales pipeline performance and deployment targets. Ensure achievement of project sales objectives and deployment milestones. Support market activation activities and customer acquisition initiatives. Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Coordinate installation schedules and deployment logistics. Ensure all customers receive proper onboarding and product orientation. Monitor system performance and customer satisfaction levels. Coordinate resolution of customer issues and technical support requirements. Ensure all deployed systems are operational and functioning effectively. 4. Outcome Marketing, Customer Research and Business Intelligence Key
Coordinate project marketing campaigns including radio, social media, branch activations and demonstrations. Monitor effectiveness of marketing activities and customer acquisition channels. Coordinate baseline and endline customer research surveys. Gather market intelligence and customer insights to improve products and services. Support development of business cases for future project expansion and scale 5. Outcome Monitoring, Learning and Reporting Key
Monitor project performance using Singularity, Power BI and other reporting tools. Conduct monthly & quarterly data reviews and performance analysis. Track deployment, repayment, utilization and customer satisfaction metrics. Document lessons learned, best practices and implementation challenges. Lead preparation of comparative analyses between FINCA Uganda, in24 & other models Prepare final project reports and case studies.
